What would it take to live your truth? Would it be making a friend? How about haphazard beta time travel shenanigans?

Zahra Felch—closeted transgender and nonbinary college student— has to figure out how to come to terms with their identity in the year 2025. They attempt to write a book that will change their world when they receive an unexpected visitor from the future: their biggest fan— Kase, a trans high school STEM prodigy from the year 2136. When reality goes haywire, will they find the answers they seek or destroy the universe in the process?

Then & Now explores the unique twisted landscape that queer people learn to navigate to find self acceptance, offering catharsis and celebration of oddity, eccentricity, and authenticity.
